Product descriptions and availability
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However whilst the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. And at times, the colours in the pictures are not available from inventory. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification. To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Items may be returned to our customer service department. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation, minus £2.50 per item to cover our administration costs. A full refund minus £2.50 will be given for each item returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software (unless still sealed) or item/s personalised to your specification.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Any complaint or compliment can be sent to our Customer Service Centre (see above). We will endeavour to deal with you complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.

We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.
