Returns
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However, if for any reason you wish to return any goods we will happily exchange those goods or refund your money if the items are returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
Once we have received the items we will put a note on your account so that you can log in and view the status. You will be credited within 30 days of receipt of goods (this will also be stated in the notes on your account for you to see when you have been refunded). The refund will go back onto the card that you used to pay with (so please inform us if this card is about to expire!).
Refunds incur an admin fee of £2.50 per item returned. This is due to the costs incurred by us such as admin time and credit card charges. We are happy to bear these costs for goods that are kept but cannot do so for unwanted items. Faulty items will not incur an admin fee if they are deemed faulty by us on return (this does not affect your statutory rights in any way). Exchanges do not incur a fee, so if you know you have items to return make sure we treat them as an exchange and you will not be charged.
To return goods, just complete the form on the back of the order receipt, re-package the items and send to:
