Delivery & Postage Information
Postage is charged according to the weight of the products ordered and the delivery location.
For our UK orders we endevour to use First Class Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force to ensure rapid delivery to you.
How long will it take?
If you place your order before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) and the products are in stock, we will endevour to dispatch your order that day.
UK Orders should take 1-2 days to be delivered using First Class Post. International orders take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive by post.
When you view the detailed information about a product, it's availability is shown. This enables you to calculate how long your order will take to arrive after you've ordered it.
Availabilities are as follows:

24 hours: the products are in stock and will take up to 24 hours to process and dispatch.

Any other length of time (e.g. 1-2 weeks): the product is not in stock and will take up to this time to be made by hand, process and dispatch.
Bulk Orders affects availability
If you order large quantities of a product, it may take longer for us to receive extra stock from our suppliers. If this is the case, we will always email you to keep you informed.
How will I know when it's going to arrive?
To keep you informed of the progress of your order we'll email you a confirmation of your order just after we receive it.
We will then send you another email when your order has been dispatched so that you'll know to expect it to arrive.
